You have the right to cancel an order at any time prior to the start date of that order.
Cancellation in writing only within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned as new and unused within 14 days.
Return postage costs to be covered by the consumer.
Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable unless damaged or faulty. However if you wish to exchange/alter an item with good reason you can of course call to discuss.
Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Uisce Saddlery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Uisce Saddlery is a registered sole trader and is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not charged on any product.
All goods remain the property of Uisce Saddlery until paid for in full.
You will be given an estimated start date at the time of ordering. Dispatch date to be within one week of the start date. It is our aim to deliver items as soon as possible after receiving an order. However as all items are hand-made to order times may vary.
All items are made to the highest of standards using the best quality materials, tools and workmanship. Leather is a natural product and requires regular care and maintenance. It is the responsibility of the consumer to regularly check the condition of their equipment for comfort and safety as regards condition of stitching, leather and metalwork.
