I am a qualified bridle and harness maker, registered with the Society of Master Saddlers, specialising in bespoke design and hand-stitching. I am particularly interested in celtic, baroque and personalised designs.

I began my apprenticeship to a master harness maker in London in 2005, training in the traditional methods of leatherworking. Since 2008 I have lived near Dingle on the west coast of Ireland, where I established Uisce Saddlery, with the view to creating custom-made bridles and leatherwork to suit individual customers.

In 2015 I moved the workshop into the centre of Dingle, and at the same time my apprentice Britta started working with me there. You are welcome to visit us and see what is in the making.

In 2016 I was lucky enough to be featured on RTE's Nationwide. You can watch the clip here!  (Skip to 1 minute 30).

I have my own horse, Holly, who competes with me in TREC at a national level. She loves carrots and jumping.
